Seit dem Sommer 2007 kocht Ivo Adam im Ristorante SEVEN in Ascona. Ein Jahr danach erschien das gemeinsame Kochbuch. SEVEN ways to eat different erhielt u.a. die Goldmedaille am Creative Summit Award in Portland 2008 und das goldene Lorbeerblatt als bestes Kochbuch des Jahres 2008, verliehen vom Verein Historia Gastronomica Helvetica.
